Boil a large pot of water. Place quails in the water, and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, keeping the quail on the boil, add beer, wine, and ouzo to the pot.
Add garlic, bay leaves, cumin seeds, oregano, pepper, salt, and ground cinnamon to the pot.
Cook for a futher 20-25 minutes.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Remove quails, and place on a baking tray.
Add more pepper, and drizzle with more olive oil, then place the quails in a 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with rice and salad.
