 Oh and by the way, we also show you all how to cook a souvla.

Daniel shares his Indigenous family story and we learn about some native Australian ingredients that we cook up a storm with. Daniel's love for his family, culture and food shines through in this episode.

We share his families migration story to Australia , cook a little and tell you how he got to where he is today.

In Episode 5 George Diakomichalis, host of “It’s All Greek To Me”, introduces you to a hard working man who has a heart of gold. Johnny Kapiris (owner of St Bernards fruit and veg in Adelaide, Australia) is a fourth generation business man who comes from a beautiful family. We visit his family farm in Two Wells and cook with his adorable Grandmother Eugenia Kapiris.

In Episode 6 George Diakomichalis, host of “It’s All Greek To Me”, introduces Lindani Berman from Cirque Africa – an inspiring, fun gentleman who tells us how he, his family & his team came to migrated to Australia.  He’s shares traditional recipes from Zimbabwe – which includes a hilarious story about the price of roast chooks here in Australia. Niko and I will also make you laugh, watch on as we teach you how to make Custard Tart; the South African way.
